Laguna Niguel, CA Full Time $55,000 - $85,000

Join Turkish Airlines as a Cabin Senior (Purser), a key leadership role based at our Chicago (ORD) station. We are seeking an experienced, decisive, and highly professional cabin crew leader to manage our inflight team and ensure the highest standards of safety and service are met on every flight.

As the leader on board, you will be the main link between the flight deck and the cabin crew, responsible for the overall operation, safety, and passenger experience. You will embody our brand's world-renowned hospitality while providing clear direction and support to your team.

Core Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility is the overall safety and security of the cabin. You will lead the pre-flight safety and service briefings for your crew, manage crew performance and compliance, and handle any escalated passenger issues or in-flight emergencies with authority and empathy. You will be responsible for all in-flight documentation and reporting, ensuring that our award-winning service is delivered consistently and to standard.

Qualifications & Requirements:

This is a leadership role for experienced cabin crew. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline. A proven track record of leadership (e.g., acting as a purser, or in a senior/deputy role) is highly preferred. Applicants must also meet all standard Cabin Crew qualifications: be at least 21 years old, have the legal right to work in the US, possess a valid passport, be fluent in English (fluency in Turkish is a significant advantage), and pass a comprehensive medical and background check.

Training & Work Schedule:

This position requires successful completion of our paid Cabin Senior/Leadership training program in Istanbul, Turkey (transport and accommodation provided). The role requires full flexibility to be on-call and to work a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Compensation & Benefits:

This leadership role offers an elevated salary, with an estimated annual base from $55,000 to $85,000, plus command pay and per diem. The package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid vacation, and full travel privileges on Turkish Airlines and Star Alliance partners.
